Superfine Lace weight cotton linen mix desert colour collection 4 X 100g
This is a collection of four tonally matching 45% cotton 55% linen colours Signal red, salmon, burnt orange, and pink cherry that will be of interest to anyone who loves working with colours.

45% Cotton 55% linen superfine lace-weight yarn, similar in weight to approx.. a 1 ply hand knitting yarn.
The cotton count is 2/11. Each of the four 100g cones contains approx 1100 metres of yarn. (Total of approx. 4400 metres of yarn)
This yarn is used for both hand and machine knitting and because it is so fine, it works really well for hand embroidery.
We have used this yarn single stranded on our fine 10 gauge machines and 2, 3 and 4 strands on our standard domestic machines. Choosing how many strands to use allows you all sorts of interesting and lovely pattern choices.
