Corkwood is a business of two halves and whilst we work as we have always done, working with machine made knitwear, creating patterns and new techniques we have also opened the online craft supply shop that you see here. All the items we sell have at some point been tried and tested by ourselves. The way we have always worked over the years over the years means we have had to learn many new skills. The products we sell are all ones we have used at some point in our work with knitwear and textile decoration. I love to talk about the therapeutic nature of making things and our half size dress forms are one of our proudest achievements and the one where we have had to learn the most new skills. They are now our most popular product.
